Movement screens such as the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and Y Balance Test (YBT) can help to identify areas of imbalance or limitations that might be holding you back in your fitness and performance. In every analysis, we will discuss your current training and any current concerns. After a brief run on the treadmill, we will analyze and discuss your running mechanics with you and discuss any relevant corrective exercises and drills for improvement.
Video running gait analysis is performed in the physical therapy treatment setting and is also offered as a stand alone service.

Proper bike fit can make or break your experience in the saddle. We offer individualized bike fitting to fine tune your fit for optimal mechanics and performance. Each session will include an assessment of your mobility in and out of the saddle as well as consultation on any current concerns.
